Hotchkiss Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

The Hotchkiss Community Chamber of Commerce transcribes minutes of every meeting where there is a quorum of the Board of Directors, including monthly membership meetings, the annual meeting, and any work sessions, as called by the President.  Any minutes recorded are reviewed and approved at the next meeting of the Association.  Minutes from the previous 12 month period can be viewed by clicking the links below.
