I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) located in Crawford, CO. I offer both telehealth-based therapy services and equine-assisted psychotherapy (in person in Crawford) for individuals and couples across the lifespan. My passion is helping people grow into the best version of themselves. As a PhD candidate, I am dedicated to using innovative techniques and staying up to date with research. I love holistic healthcare and believe that people are the sum of their parts (emotional, social, mental, financial, physical, & spiritual) and treat people through this lens.
